2007 Pinot Gris
Silver Medal ~ Northwest Wine Summit

Sweetness: 0 (Estate Grown)
Pale yellow with a lovely citrus fruit and spicy bouquet, juicy pineapple, mandarin orange and pink grapefruit flavor notes on the palate, with a long honeyed finish. Delightful with  poached salmon and white sauce, pasta primavera and crisp shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano from Italy.

2008 Gewurztraminer

Sweetness: 1 (Estate Grown)
Pale straw in colour, Cherry Point Vineyards 2008 Gewurztraminer is a light bodied, stylish, aromatic wine with delicate floral and fruit bouquet. Lots of orchard ripe peach and sweet lychee nut fruit flavours are nicely balanced with good acidity, followed by a fine spicy, medium dry finish.

2008 Ortega-Siegerrebe

Sweetness: 1 (Estate Grown)
The Ortega grape variety flourishes on Vancouver Island, where it produces a complex wine with a bounty of character. We have blended Ortega with the Siegerrebe grape to make a wonderful vintage that is easy to sip. This blend is bursting with ripe peach and pineapple aromas. On the palate linger flavours of sweet tangerine and dried apricots. Pair with west coast shellfish, soft cheese and pasta or enjoy a glass as an aperitif.

2007 Coastal White

Sweetness: 1 (Vancouver Island Grown)
This Germanic style wine has a light straw hue and aromas of honeysuckle and fresh citrus fruit. Pear, orange and ripe peach flavor notes are followed by a long crisp, finish. Ideal for summer sipping or as an aperitif, superb with seafood, poultry and Asian dishes.

2008 Rosé

Sweetness: 1 (Estate Grown)
This true “blanc de noir” wine was produced from 100% estate grown Pinot Noir grapes, obtaining its delicate blush colouring from 24 hours of skin contact before pressing. A slight touch of sweetness balances the racy acidity, making it a delightful social wine, aperitif, or accompaniment for light poultry and seafood dishes Serve well chilled.

2007 Coastal Red

Sweetness: 0 (Vancouver Island Grown)                                                          
A delicious blend with aromas of orange blossom, wild blackberry and spice. Juicy dark cherry fruit and black current flavor notes with a kiss of oak are followed by a peppery, berry finish. Food friendly wine, ideal while picnicking al fresco, barbequing or just sipping on the patio.

2007 Bête Noire

Sweetness: 8 (Estate Grown)
The Legend Continues! Bete Noir is an estate grown wine made from a unique Hungarian varietal called Agria. This dark skinned grape has a dominant bouquet of anise and lavender with robust flavours of black currants and cherries with a lingering finish.

2007 Forté

Sweetness: 0 (Estate Grown)
Cherry Point Vineyard's Premium red wine made of the Castel grape, a little known variety developed from French and North American parents. Forté is aged in old French oak barrels for 10 months giving the wine a supple velvety texture. This wine is dominated by a cherry aroma, with hints of plum and raspberry. The full bodied fruity taste is suitable for pairing with all red meat dishes.

Solera is produced by taking our World Famous Cowichan Blackberry Port and gently applying the special Solera aging process, giving the wine significant time to age in barrels, making it elegant and smooth, combining delicate wood notes and rich mellow fruit.
